Lost password and...

I was admin of a blog and I didn't log in for almost 5 months... Been busy... Then suddenly, I wanted to get back there... and I forgot the password (and I also forgot where I stored the password in my computer... Probably deleted by accident).
I went to "forgot password" and I put "Admin" as username and my email address.
The problem is that when I put my email address, it didn't allow me to add the whole address... It's cut off.
Not a chance to retrieve the new password. The field limit to put our email there, can it be fixed?

Otherwise, I would have to crack the password with anything I have in mind...
