HELLO DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO HYPERLINK IN COMMENTS . . .
HELLO, does anyone around here know how to make hyperlink work in the comments? I've asked this question before and have not gotten an answer. And Hitesh, if you are the one to answer can I get more than "the techs are busy but I think they will add some new functions when they finish making the forum beautiful."? I need a real explanation for once, from somebody. THe html in the comment
s turn blue but they do not link. What does this mean? Thank you, someone. PLEASE. SOS.

Who is the official one here to answer? DOes this mean that there is no one to really provide customer service, just a friendly samaritan named Hitesh?

Re: HELLO DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO HYPERLINK IN COMMENTS . . .
Thanks Hitesh. That's an unfortunate answer. It suggests that the sosblog people only cares about its customers when the traffic is heavy. I run three businesses and I learned a long time ago, no matter how many clients/customers you have you must give them the best service if you expect to have more customers. However, if we need more traffic to be properly served by sosblog, I can post 100 comments a day.

Re: HELLO DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO HYPERLINK IN COMMENTS . . .
sorry to think you that. It does not mean that sosblog staff only cares for heavy traffic. This support blog forum is in a initial stage and need some time get it up. I dont know how you manage before this support forum was. So think that still support forum is not live. I think as soon as every thing is ok. you will get all reply and all your problem will be sort out
Thank you
Hitesh

Re: HELLO DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO HYPERLINK IN COMMENTS . . .
Hitesh,
Thank you for responding to my April 20th post on May 1st, but really a response was not necessary, nor was your apology. What I think is based on the facts and the current futility of this support forum. Most of your answers are unproductive, unhelpful and non-specific. What use is you telling us "This support blog forum is in a initial stage and need some time get it up." or "I think as soon as every thing is ok. you will get all reply and all your problem will be sort out." What in the world does that mean. When is this "time" when "every thing is o'k" or when is "some time" over. Those vague generalizations and promises are useless. You really might as well not respond. No matter what stage this support is in, it SUCKS and there is absolutely no legitimate "excuse" or "reason" for that at any time.
