default Is there any way we can add a random banner at the top?

There is a similar wordpress theme to one of the theme here but the other one has a few random banners to rotate everytime you refresh or revisit the page. I was wondering if there are any codes available if we want to edit the theme ourselves. Thanks!

Also how do we change the image of the header? I'm so confused.
